Al-Mabhouh was assassinated in the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel in Dubai on 19 January 2010. It is believed the hit squad where members of Mossad. The team arrived from locations across Europe using fake British, French, Irish and German passports.

Dubai Police video report below of the assassination to the media. Their findings cover pretty much the entire operation from the asssassin's surveillance team to the hit squads. Watch the videos its pretty amazing how such an operation has taken place.

nicely done..too bad they identified most of the suspects. They should have disguised themselves from the start.

If it was nicely done they wouldn't of been caught on camera. :stongue:

Mossad is ing sloppy at black ops, I swear our CIA doesn't get nearly enough credit for toppling governments.

nevermind..looks like they used fake passports. They still don't know the real names of most of the suspects:

Mossad appears sloppy because they do so many operations.

I would imagine their actual success rate is much closer to the CIA and former KGB if you look at percentages.

These people all had fake passports, were heavily disguised, and used cash and pre-paid cellphones when operating.

where can i look at these percentages?

No where, just using logical deduction. Israel has by most accounts the most active intelligence service in the world. The CIA is very active too, but not in such drastic and almost overt ways that Mossad is.

CIA refrains from committing state acts of assassination. Israel announces that as part of their resources.

The fact that Mossad agents are more often exposed is also related to the boldness of their actions, as well as the fact that the people they go after are usually not state agents and unlike the Cold War there is no reason for anyone to keep their lids shut for exchanging agents (which happened all the time between Russia and the US).

The boldness of a lot of their operations is also a part of the fact.

where are you getting those facts as well?

are you privy to classified documents or something?

how do you know how active a secret agency really is...by playing socom?
