Jooyna T & Dirty Dale
The two can definitely lace you with their skills. Their awesome.
As mentioned, Toika is another good spot for the deepness. |

No, but I'll give them a download. I've listened to a few of irGO's podcasts though, as he posts them in the Househeads thread. Definitely ilkes! |

I just saw the flyers for this weekly (?) event. Li'ly is a perfect venue to see DD. Downstairs tends to be hit and miss though. They have some seating, but it's right in front of the dj booth so that can get loud for those wanting to chat.
They do have great seating upstairs though, so you can sip yeur drinks whilst listening to the deepness of DD and Joonya (if they pipe it upstairs as well). Upstairs does have it's own booth as well, so the tunage may be different than down.

| The only deep house "lounge" I have come across is KiWe (King West Kitchen) after 11pm, when the kitchen closes. It's like a resto-lounge or whatever, but both times I've been there later on a Saturday, there's been ample seating and really really good proper deep house tunes. There's not really a "scene" and definitely no dancefloor but it's perfect for sitting down to catch up with someone - convenient location, reasonable drinks, good tunes. |

Interesting call Skipper! HAven't been to that venue since it changed names. The front room bar used to be great for that atmosphere. Sounds like the whole place may be worth checking out!

another vote for jimpster.
i closed for him at footwork back in november, and it was the best night of music all year, and that includes nights with jt donaldson, derrick carter, justin long, and heather.
really, really top notch stuff.
