Dan Ghenacia, Shonky, Hot Natured Live (Jamie Jones & Lee Foss), Dyed Soundorom, Droog
Dan Ghenacia’s Parisian label Freak n Chic will join forces with Droog’s Los Angeles label Culprit for an open-air WMC Miami showcase at Grass on the evening of Wednesday March 24, 2010. The two labels are kindred spirits, having joined forces on many occasions before, at Rex in Paris, Standard Rooftop in Los Angeles and at WMC in 2008.
The party will showcase the three mainstays of the French label's stable of talented artists: Dan Ghenacia, Shonky and Dyed Soundorom. All three had banner years in 2009 with successful releases on FnC and other labels, as well as playing the best clubs around the world. A tight-knit clan of like-minded artists, Freak n' Chic have taken their patented showcases to Panorama Bar, Fabric, Rex and other of the most globally recognizable clubs.
The Culprit crew has had a memorable first year with five releases from its LA-based artists and its assorted friends, like Jamie Jones, Matt Tolfrey, Lee Foss, Ken Gibson aka apendics shuffle, Inxec and Ryan Crosson. The summer long Culprit Sessions at the Standard Hotel in Los Angeles have become the staple of the newly vibrant dance music scene.
The chosen venue for the soiree is the beautiful Grass Lounge in Downtown Miami, which this year will also host Resolute and Spectral Sound parties.

| I'd go to this, but I'll probably end up seeing everybody on this lineup once or twice at other times during the week. But it's a killer lineup nonetheless. |

Grass and the Pickle are about 5 minutes from each other...
we had an option of splitting the Pickle with Greg Wilson, actually, and i love the venue and the people who run it, but the sheer number of events there throughout the week persuaded us to try another venue. Hope it works, heard great things about Grass
also, this will be the debut of Hot Natured's live set, so while the everybody involved is playing at least one more party (Shonky is playing a small boat party on Saturday so this is his only proper appearance), all are close friends and are excited sharing the bill. Should be a proper vibe

Grass is one of the coolest venues I've ever been to. Went there for the Spectral party last year, was nuts.
