I have the same problem with the people below me. She never screams help me or anything like that but I can hear her getting tossed around and she says stop it and the kids start crying and screaming. I call the cops everytime but it doesn't really help that when they arrive she curses them out and tells them to mind their business. The cops come to the building at least once a week and never do anything.
I don't even think they take us neighbors seriously when they call anymore, its more like routine now that anything. Not to say she deserves it because no one does...but she's still a ****. She walks around like she's the trying to ice grill people down. I'd beat her ass but her husband is already doing a pretty good job of it, so I just let it be. |
