Not only can he produce but Casanova delivers unforgettable Dj performances. Because of his fine balance of rhythm sections of House music and dark elements of Techno, he is able to please both the casual crowd (including the ladies) and the more critical hardcore crowd. Lazaro Casanova has become very comfortable in his new production that embraced that Afro-Cuban sound he grew up with. What spawned from this was a good balance of Techno and House with a very small Tribal underlying. During this time he has shared stages with Seth Troxler, Matthew Dear, Shaun Reeves, Mark Knight, to name a few. Lazaro Casanova has traveled a long way to find his unique sound. It clearly shows in both his production and DJ sets. At only 22, some say Casanova has accomplished 10 years worth of work in only 2 years. Wherever the music may take him next, he is ready to break down genre barriers. But one important key factor remains, the music always has to have a good groove.

| This guy used to play some pretty terrible hipster electro, but it sounds like he's improved quite a bit since then. Some of the remixes he's done on DFA and such are pretty nice. |

he used to write music with mstrkrft because they're from the same area (toronto?). he played at echo project...that festival nobody went to :) |
