He lost a lot of old fans over the course of the decade. I cannot blame them really, his effort really did go down hill. Why do I still listen? Cause his ear has not changed, and there is always the possibility of magic. I'm willing to take that chance. |

| Hes going to rip it up. Did so 3 years ago, and 2 years prior to that. Like you said Orko, his ear hasnt changed. Unlike the dutch invasion of label whoring djs, this guy will keep it to a minimum while playing the old with the new. Armin, Ferry etc have done the KH 3-4x the amount Oakenfold has in the past 5 years. Yet not once have they pulled out a set close to the caliber of PO. |

I had a discussion with my friends and they said Paul Oakenfold is the "grandfather of the dance floor"
i would have to agree with that....
he can rock a dance floor like no other....
and Saturday will be no exception |

I'd come but no can do. Work super early and after the sloshfest that was last weekend (Ask Matt...) no way I'm doing it again. |
