I wound up downloading the Trillian Demo and I'm in cloud nine now just going through all the sounds. I also love the way you can change and mix the sound sources theres so many more options compared to the older Triology, not to mention nearly every sound is usable in someway.
Been playing with the demo for about 2 hours and it truely is a sick synth. I think this may actually satisfy my bass urge for a while, seriously, exactly the kind of sounds I was looking for. Raw, dirty, and analog.. I think I'm in love =] |

| Robby to be honest, either spend the 1800 on another hobby, or just save it. You have a ti and you still want more? Your putting too much emphasis on getting hardware/typing essays than just having fun making music. If you are going to get anything, buy trilian. |

Lol there's no demo for trillian dude. The only place where you can find such a thing is on torrent sites.
Why even ask us about buying this if you already have the full thing? Unless I was rich like Bill Gates, I would rather spend that money on something more useful, if it's just a bedroom hobby. It's your money so do whatever you want with it. But, personally I learnt my lesson not to be a spendthrift and waste hundreds or even thousands of dollars when I can use that to last me months on other things.
If I were you, I would listen to the suggestions a lot of the people here have given you. |

Robby, the version you have off the torrent version is sadly more stable than the latest version from spectrasonics itself. At least for me and many others I know it is, so as F'd up as it sounds, if you're planning to give spectrasonics your money, WAIT until they get everything sorted with the crashing. (It crashes 20% of the time upon loading)
And don't worry about torrenting something. That's a demo if you ask me. It all comes down to wether or not you want to pay the company. That's a character decision you must make.
I'm not going to lie...when I first started....I had to pirate things, and a lot of them, to find out what it was I wanted. I have since trimmed down what I want and have nearly paid for everything now and will continue to. When it comes to software, there is no supply and demand, so if I was never going to buy the software to begin with, then no harm no foul. (JUST MY OPINION)
I also believe if a copmany isn't going to put a demo out that its 100% OK to pirate the program to try it out. It's ridiculous and unfair to the consumer to fork over that amount of money without even test driving the thing. |

| the crack doesn't work better than the real app. That is silly. And Robby, a 40 gig demo ? Too funny. No sample librairie of this size has a demo. It wouldn't make sense to include a few sounds for a rompler/synth. Your idiocy amazes m sometimes. |

I think that could make a good demo with 2-3 gigs. The user interface is just as important as the sounds. Include just a few of each sounds and keep it small.
Believe what you want to Richie, but I have both versions running on two different computers and the cracked version has never crashed on me. Not one single time. I know it sounds weird....but it's true. |

| I disagree. I think the videos posted and their track history are enough. I can't think of any product like this that has a demo. If the user doesn't like those few sounds , they;'ve lost a customer that perhaps would of found lots to use. And what sounds to include ? alf will want electronic, the others will want real bass sounds. It just woudn't work. |
