Liquid Soul - Hypnotic Energy

Thoughts?
I approached this with trepidation due to the lame title, and I was kind of correct. The intro is awesome, but ruined by an awful vocal sample saying "hypnotic energy!" (surprise, surprise). The main melody sounds brilliant to my ear, but the bass line has an annoying stop-start quality rather than the 'continuous' and entrancing bass lines I like. All it really needs is an extra note at the end of each bar.
This has a lot of potential but for me is ruined by these two small things. Hopefully someone turns in a good remix. |

Pretty much the same opinion as you, although the word "ruined" is a bit too harsh. Not a great track, but a decent effort nonetheless.
Btw the track is the first one on the myspace replayer of Liquid Soul. |

You are right - that bass line makes it un-listenable to me! |
