nothing that cool. Myself and two friends are sharing a flat. Two of us wanna stay and the third *was* on the fence but hasn't said much recently besides talking about how our place is a sweet bachelor pad cause of its proximity to a nightlife strip half a block away. We have another friend who wants to move down this summer and I'd like to live with him again (good friend, etc). My current buddy whom I'm trying to get rid of is a good guy, he just bothers me and my other roommate in several respects now that we've lived with him. I feel bad, I don't wanna be dick to the guy :( |

He'd have to be sub-letting to his room-mate on a month to month lease in order to be able to do that, immediately, and since most land-lords in the US consider sub-letting a violation of the lease, raising his rent isn't going to have the intended effect he would hope for. |
