NUMARK DJ KIT.. something to use?

Hi,
I wanna start to spin and are looking for some cheap decks & mixer, since I just want to try it out, I found this kit for like $530, is this something to go for?
any opinions are welcome.
- 2x TT1550 Multi Directional Efficient Belt Drive Turntable

| You will have a hard time with the belt drive turntables. I suggest getting direct drives turntables with high torque and get whatever you can afford for a mixer and headphones. |

| I agree with Scottaculous, belt driven sucks and when your starting just get a cheap mixer just make sure it has hi, mids, lows. Some of the really cheap ones don't. |

I got that kit but from the last year....
dont buy it ... continu to save your money for SL-1200 ! |
