Remember how awesome that site was back in the days?
I remember hearing Astral Projection on that site for the first time. Discovered some nice music through those 128kbps downloads.
I think also managed to earn like $6 on my music. I never cashed in though.

mp3.com was more artists uploading their own tracks. They made it easy to share your own music and giving some nice incentive to do so (paying money, tops lists, streaming/downloading).
But like a lot of things it became worse and mistakes were made and finally it was over. |

| I also made some money with my dance ejay/fruity loops songs :o Not enough to get the money though. Then there was some other place where I uploaded music to, and got a cheque for $0.07 :toocool: |
