How many ppl are buying tickets in advance? (pg. 2)

^Agreed.

Always buy presales if you know you're going to the event!

Cheaper, faster, less hassle... It's a no brainer!

plan on not getting into the main parties at Mansion (FMIF for example) or SPACE without a hard ticket/presale--in the event you do get in, plan on paying double what you would have by just buying a presale.

The biggest issue, presale or not, with getting into the BIG parties that reach capacity quick is that they layer other parties in and around eachother...for example at Space and Karu&Y you can have 2 sometimes 3 seperate parties on the same night..so if you don't get there at a decent time, expect to spend the majority of your night standing in line outside--and if you don't have a ticket, just forget about it completely.

This is why VIP bands such as the Opium group and F*ck you wristbands are a very smart idea in theory...assuming you like the complete line up and plan on spending most of your time within those clubs included with the VIP deal.

If you're partying with a group...buy presale so you can all get in together...otherwise someone is gonna get left outside waiting in the ticket-buying line while everyone else can go in...

Thanks everyone. great advice!

I did buy a few advance tix (ex juicy beach, sander&desyn yacht), I'm just really indecisive on the night parties and not sure if I can trust myself to commit to anything. I've been trying so hard to figure it out and can't make up my mind cuz I've never been to Miami let alone WMC.

what parties are you looking at for the night? you're going to have a hard time if they're big parties by waiting...
the hardest part is just narrowing it down so you don't waste money and time btwn clubs--pick one good party with a diverse enough line-up you'll be happy to stay there all night/early morning.
I always make it my goal to pick a different DJ/genre each night so I'm getting as much diversity as possible and a different crowd each night.

word to the wise, cuz I've done what you're trying to do 2 years ago.
Leave Ultra earlier..even 15 minutes before its done is easier than waiting til the end. There were 4984864 cabs waiting for Ultra to let out on the street by the main gate, so if you get out a half hour earlier, you'll grab a cab and can easily split it with other people doing the same thing as you.
If you wait til Ultra is done the causeway is a nightmare...you could sit on the road in a cab or bus easily for over an hour to go 2 miles.

What I remember from the Swedish House Mafia night last year at Mansion was that it was already chaotic around 12:30am. And at some point during the night they sectioned off the main room with the hip-hop room. So if you did happen to get in Mansion or wanted to go the bathroom where the lines where shorter you were never getting in the main room. I remember hearing people arguing to get in the main room and the bouncers were haven't none of it.

LOL! My life story. Tiesto is #1 in my heart, so I really would hate to miss part of his set. That being said, I have seen him various times and will probably say "F It" and leave early to make it to Steve Angello at a better time.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this dilemma!
