So while perusing the WMC forums, I happened to come across a "Best Sound System in Miami" thread, and I thought it would be a pretty cool topic of discussion here as well (although I'm sure the subject has been brought up numerous times in NYTA history, no harm in reviving it).
So what are your guys' thoughts? Big rooms? Small rooms? Side Rooms? Any cool lesser known locales that have rocked your eardrums lately?
My vote for a big room system has to go to Pacha. For a small room I would say Cielo takes the prize. |

Love is good but looks like something i could put together in my basement
Santos has the same sound system as AGEHA in Japan, which is tight
but hands down, Cielo wins best sound award
IMO of course |

I thought the fact that Cielo has the best sound system in the north east wasn't even questionable :conf:
Love has great sound now too. Pacha has left my ears ringing every time, without fail :o |

| I think Love sounded better when the giant subwall in the back was there. Granted, it still sounds phenomenal, but I liked the extra low-end punch. |

| Even though Love is my home away from home I still have to give it to Cielo - the room itself is an acoustic heaven. |

Oh hands down the best system goes to Love. Every frequency is perfectly clear there. Absolutely love it. It's like a breath of fresh air.
But, the worst I've heard is probably Fur in D.C. Everytime I go, it's just overpowering low freqs all over the place. I remember when I saw Ferry and he dropped that Giuseppe remix of Out of The Blue, when it dropped I couldn't hear ANY of the acid and was pissed. I miss when Glow were running game out of Ibiza. |
