Spamming and throwing random unsubstantiated terms which are hardly applicable to anything mentioned does not work my friend.

- who are you
- what is your label name
- which renowned dj's founded the label
- what's your website
- where can we find more info
- the label is protected by copyright? WTF? do you even know what you are talking about or is your English just not that good?

Thanks but no thanks, maybe I'll reconsider when you find the time to elaborate on all but the last question.

Hello,
the Label was founded by a few large reputable DJs, label goal is to provide a platform for young musicians who want to advertise their music. We need talented nationalists we can sign the electronic industry and promote them in all related fields including, marketing, appearances and to played by Top DJs World.
Label currently under construction, and site will be soon.

Best regards,
Daniel

Why are you talking to a spammer as though he cares about giving relevant answers to questions? :p

Before I close this, I think maybe it's time we decided on some actual rules (not that label spammers will follow them but at least there's some level of accountability).

I think those four points should be the bare minimum, plus a few more:

- What type/genre of music are they looking to release?
- What is the release medium (online/CD/vinyl)?
- If the medium is online, which distributors (iTunes, Beatport, etc.)
- What types of releases (singles/compilations)?
- Release history (link is fine)

What does everybody think? Reasonable? Seems like every competent, serious label should have this information not only available but memorized. I don't think we want to discourage labels from posting here - there are people like Stephen who've always been totally up front - but at the same time it's obviously not good to have every sketchy-ass flea market label spamming the forum, so some guidelines might be in order.

Those requirements look good to me.

I think that's a bit too much to expect honestly. Demo requests from labels are beneficial to a lot of producers on this forum and guidelines really don't help. It's your decision but I think it's better if you decide wether a demo request is valid or not. I trust you'll handle it with care:)
