| Has anyone ever been there? I have a 9 day trip planned for early September to catch some patagonia powder. I know some of you are from SA, so any tips on Bariloche (skiing or otherwise) or Buenos Aires (will be there for a day or two) would be greatly appreciated. |

baires is a big city and i'm not sure what are u interested in checking out since honestly 2 days won't be enough to cover it all. however, you should definitely go to avenida santa fe, plaza de francia, puerto madero, recoleta, la casa rosada (where the pres lives), boca (home of boca's fans and stadium), san telmo, the planetarium and florida.
there's more to see but these are some good places to see while in baires.
i would say to also check some restaurants since the food there is amazing and i consider it mostly cheap.
other than that the city is pretty safe and people are super friendly! have a good time and don't forget to visit river plate's stadium! ;) |

yup - saving the world one tax efficient acquisition at a time, which is why i have practically disappeared from the board and literally disappeared from the party scene. With the economy picking up, i'm consistently putting in 11-12 hour days; hence, the week and a half trip to argentina. Thinking about expanding it to two weeks during the august slowdown. |
