Besides, most local trance communities have it's own forums.,, that's what happens with Perú..
Also, we should need minimun 50 spanish-portuguese speaking tranceaddicts to have minimal mass..

I can support the idea, if the name of the forum isn't "Spain" or "Spain & Portugal"
other possible names could be:
-Iberia
-Spain, Portugal & Basque Country (like it's in other webs. for example: http://www.cyndislist.com/spain.htm )
-Ibero-America
-Latin-America
