The cat freaked out and woke me up before the actual quake.

Was at work on the 4th floor and heard windows shaking. Then took the stairs down because I was scared to get back on the elevator.

We slept right through it. Fell asleep at 3am, Devin woke me up at 5 shoving himself into our bed hehe. But no waking up the some earthquake. :(

That was the scariest quake I've ever experienced. The jolt was quite strong and knocked stuff off my entertainment center and tables. I definitely couldn't go back to sleep afterwards so I just watched the news with my cat seeking safety on my lap. I hope I never have to experience a quake stronger than that!

hehehe...You can count on it - that was a cutie!

I hate that no matter how mentally prepared I am for earthquakes here (lived in Cali all my life), my heart still races like a MOFO when they go down!
