didn't get sick once..knock on wood..
I didn't party much so that may have had something to do with it...I always find it amusing when people who party 2-4 times a week complain about being sick all the time and wonder WHY OH WHY!?? :D :D |

Eating right, getting enough sleep, hand washing, not putting my hands near my mouth, nose, or eyes a lot; and I get a flu shot every year plus H1N1 this year. I also don't have a lot of stress in my life, and when I do I cope well with it. |

No flu or cold for the 3rd straight winter :D
No flu shots or any type of unnecessary vaccines.
My secret: Proper vitamin and mineral intake. In addition, daily supplementation of fish oils and garlic. |

no flu shot, no H1N1 shot.
I only had one minor cold. About the same as any other winter. I love my immune system, she's been good to me. Even after all the abuse I've put my body through over the years! |
