Not all of them.

You're just a grumpy f#cker with a lot of talent.

Maybe i'm just pissed at being the opposite. ;)

i use headphones a lot seems to work for me and my mixs all come out ok i will use my speakers for the last refining stages thoe

Laidback Luke uses DJ headphones. Airbase uses the HD600's, and rumor has it Prydz uses the HD650's.

If it's good enough for Prydz, it's good enough for me. :toothless

Very nice production. Congrats for having your song on Ferry Corsten's compilation album! I like the lead synth, sounds unique and what trance is all about. Makes me feel im by a beach having a great time.

Daniel Kandi uses Sennheiser HD 580s or something like that. SOmething around $300. Heard that from the man himself about two years ago. Not sure if he still uses the same or not but he definitely gained fame mixing on headphones...

I think the majority of a track can be mixed on heapdhones, but for the best results, do at least hte last 10% on a decent pair of studio monitors.

I believe Prydz will sometimes do the 'composition' and arrangement of his tracks on headphones (because he's on a plane or whatever) and then finalize the track in a decent studio....

But... a very important note. THE TRACK WILL TURN OUT DIFFERENT IF CREATED ON STUDIO MONITORS. That's just how it goes. You'll hear things differently, other ideas will come to mind, etc. I'm not saying it will come out bad on headphones, but actual 'studio monitors' will result in a different track. Obviously this is not provable, but it is how I feel after using only headphones for three or so years...

Mixing in headphones is much more tiring than monitors.

Depends on the volume which you are mixing in.
