Brilliant quality vinyls, shipping was 4 days I think, which was quicker than the indicated 5-7. Order tracking didn't work.

I don't know the quality, but I chose the faster shipping option, 1 week down the line, no new vinyls. It said 28 days, but c'mon I'm in the UK and the vinyls didn't say they needed extra time to be got or any like that. Everything is still "on order" (explained below) and this is just rediculous, they all wanna be perfect, and I will never order from them again.
On Order: The product which you have ordered is on demand from our supply channel, i.e. it is either waiting to be picked from stock or it is on order with our suppliers.

ID&T - Exceptional service & got me the Rank1 Album within a few days, this was the day it was released too....
I think a lot of online companies need to sort out their act, else they could end up losing business to those who do work efficiently, noone wants to wait a long time for orders, I guess this is one downside to buying online as apposed to going into a shop & Picking it up straight away |

About 8 month ago now but i ordered :

.....I recieved DMB within 7 days which was in sweet condition but the delivery time was a little ty. htfr had charged me the money for all three records but i only recieved one ??? I phoned them up and the man was a real twat and insisted that they had sent me 3 vinyl.....It took a MONTH for them to sort it out and they refunded the £15 back wich i had been chared, I didnt even get a sorry ! :)
