I just had my day ruined by a Bell service worker.
I am not a Bell customer but I do want to complain. I know my complaint will not be heard. And I will not get any freebies since I have renounced Bell a long time ago.
Other than Bell Customer service (hahaha, that's a joke) where can I complain? |

I had a bell worker break my TV antenna the other day, I am not a bell customer. I was on the phone with bell complaining, and he got a call from his supervisor, who told him to pay for the antenna. He paid for it on the spot. |

well. better business bureau is sort of ty. i used them to complain about a mechanic shop that wrecked my car and they didn't post the issue and didn't resolve the problem. they are more of a mediator between two groups if people want to get something out of the business they are complaining about. |

Details:
I was driving into my parking spot. To get into the lot I have to go down a long narrow alley way and turn a very sharp corner. When I got to the end of the alley way, I saw the van blocking the entire laneway around the corner while the repair guy was putzing around with the ladder. There is no space for me to turn around and I could not back up into a busy street blind. The easy way would have been for him to move up his van about 50 feet. I asked him if he could do that so that he doesn't block the laneway. He blew up at me and said he doesn't have time for that. He has better things to do than to deal with and that he has more problems and that I should either wait a very long time or go back.
Thankfully another person was leaving his parking spot and I was able to leave him some space to get out (I was blocking him in since I didn't see the obstruction until it was too late). And I was able to turn around using the empty spot, not without almost wrecking my car on the fence since the alleyway is really narrow.
I was able to go around through another alleyway and I walked to work I wrote down his plate number. He saw me do this and began another altercation. He said that it doesn't matter if I complain about his rudeness and nothing is going to happen and again he tells me he has bigger problems to deal with. I told him that his biggest problem is his attitude.
He could have put a pilon at the end of the alleyway to prevent the problem so I would go the other way. And he could have been more accomodating and less rude to a person that he is obviously distrupting. He is not the centre of the world and other people live in this world too. I understand that you have to do a job but your job shouldn't be disrupting to other people's jobs. And it would have taken him less time to move his van or put the pilon out before he started than converse back and forth with me. |

You only go here when you deal with a company and you don't receive the service that you have paid for and you'd like to report unethical practices by the business. |
