The consummation of my years thus far as DJ and producer, this 53-minute mix spans my own original arrangements, mashups and remixes of other friends' projects, as well as some otherwise cherished artists, both old and new. Get ready for some weird stuff, including but not limited to, self-sampling, irregular changes in tempo, complex harmonic mixing, and, at one point, pure, unadulterated noise. Making this, I kinda felt like I was doing a jigsaw puzzle with a pair of garden shears.
Currently abroad in Brasil without access to monitors or other accommodations, so this project was produced and mixed right out of headphones. This medicine is therefore prescribed for use in headphones, at odd hours, volume up, lights off. Tracklist is as follows:

Created in three tedious weeks with Ableton Live 8.0.4, rewired with Reason 4.0. This mix is dedicated to Build Target, Captions and El Camino Real--three amazing southern California bands that are touring together this summer.
