I have the 800's at home but will be playing on a set of 1000's this weekend.
Just looking for some notable differences(no matter how slight)that I should be aware of.
Obviously the increments on the 800's are 0.5 and 0.2 on the 1000. Is there any way to switch? or is there any point?
Thanks in advance. |

Slight difference - the 1000s are bigger, therefore you'll need to fatten up your fingers before the gig in order to adjust to the size of the buttons.
Also the 1000 only takes 126mm CDs, as opposed to the standard 120mm ones. |

| ^^^^ hahaha. There is no auto loop but apart from that they're pretty much the same. You will probably find them easier to use. |

| Yeah they're pretty much the same. You can switch between .05 and .02 pitch too. I come from an 800 mk2 background and anytime I play on 1000s I actually switch to .05 just because I'm used to it. |
