Review: Carlos Fauvrelle @ Comfort Zone (04/01/2010)

Coming off such a ridiculous night at guv + Carlos F I expected family day sized insanity and came in with extremely high expectations. It was definitely not as bonkers as I anticipated but the music was outstanding. Caught the last 20-25 minutes of Nathan's set. Knox described it perfectly as 'lawler house'. It's been too long since his last zone set! Joe Manzone totally delivered again. I think it's time to return to a weekly residency! Carlos Fauvrelle was unstoppable. The dance floor ate his beats up for brunch! I really enjoyed his set from NYD 2009 but friday morning was next level! Joee Cons yet again brought his a-game for the time I spent inside (after my bday I was craving a patio session). Deko-ze rocked the house to close it down though he kinda lost me near the end. Sneaker Pimps - Spin Spin Sugar was the moment of the day for me! I love you for playing this <3

was so tired after carlos that I had to leave.

woulda liked to have heard Joee and Michael.

Fauverelle was great though. Consistent music.

Fauvrelle was amazing! Unfortunately I had to enjoy the tunes sitting down as I had felt sick the entire morning :( This hindered my zone experience but I was at least able to head dance.
