Want real faders on a tight budget?
This is an industry standard live sound board and has better summing amps than their 8 bus version.
Imaging tweaking your mix with real faders adding hardware compressors with the console inserts and adding lexicon reverb with the console send returns... and compressing the final mix with a nice analog compressor... Coolness
