Hmmmm........interesting....but.......

As someone who collaborates many times a week with European, Asia Pacific and N.America colleagues where we use voice, video and interactive screens, its a little bit like herding cats at times. And its damn hard work getting all the misunderstandings out of the way.

So this is a very intersting concept but I would like to see how it works in reality.

You signing up for the beta tehlord?
DJ RANN
Dang. That looks like a viable soltuoin finally!

The only thing I have concerns about are editing (as it looked basic) and compatibilty of VST's etc.

But I'll hold judement until it's really here.

No chance.

I'm a complete control freak and I couldn't even collaborate on a track 4 months ago when the 3 of us were all sitting in the same room. I kept hearing myself say 'NO, NO, NOOOOO!' ;)

Still, it's a great concept though and colloboration is really about an exchange of musical ideas rather than an engineering prospect so from a creative standpoint alone I think it should do well as long as the movement of data is invisible.

Lol:tongue3

Thats the reason I took up songwriting and solo performing - the other band members were a pain to manage. :whip: Apparently, they thought it was a democracy. Which it was. As long as they did what I told em to!:tongue2

Just submitted myself for the beta testing :-). Will be fun this...

Fledz
Yep I signed up to beta straight away. Should be fun.

I just read something interesting and obvious.

You'll be able to collaborate with somebody on a different machine while being in the same room ( ) without being huddled round the same machine.

Now that's useful, obvious, but useful :D
