ok I listened to the mix while riding my bike and I must say the ipod while riding the bike was rather boring until right at the very end, the last few tracks felt meaningful some how, skipped through the first few 80s disco ;
opening track was sweet; I think was ruined this for me was the fact that my bike chain broke and i got pissed then I accedently hit my play butotn on the ipod and it starte dover

so I skipped the disco sounds no offense not my bag of tricks

past that though I am now re-listening to the mix on some good speakers with bass and it sounds even more kick ass.

whaat did you use to mix this?
david.michael
lol. Thanks for listening.

I'm confused on what you mean by "disco sounds" though... the only track I know of that could possibly be accused of "disco sounds" would be the second track.

I appreciate the re-listen... I'm sure some good speakers will do it better justice! And yeah, the set takes a bit of a turn at the end, towards a lush progressive (almost trancey) sound.

I mixed this on a Xone:32, Xone:2D, Macbook Pro 15", Traktor Pro

Yep it was that second track; IT is just not for me; It felt out of place that is just my opinion though and so far I have listened to it 3 times I think and each time I fast forward over that track anticipating the lush ending which nicely starts over with the beginning but just that one track

past that I like what I am hearing :D

Wonderful... thanks for the time. Any time I get three listens from someone right off the bat means success to me. :)

Heard this, Saturday. Really cool mix. Really enjoyed listening to you pulling off some fairly long transitions between somewhat divergent tunes. Very smooth and appropriately named.

I understand that... but, having such a catalog of good music to listen to is quite a nice problem to have. My favorite thing about TA. :)

Indeed, it is. :)

I'll bump this up the queue, and listen to it tonight.

Thanks, guys.... I look forward to your feedback!

Eddie... yeah, some of these transitions are a good few minutes long. I like mixing this way whenever possible. :) Thanks!
