| So excited. Hope to meet some of you UKTAs. I tried figuring out where the meet up place is in the thread but..holy confusing! Can anybody sum up a spot? BTW is anybody taking the bus from Leeds? What's the deal on cameras? can we bring in a disposable? |

i dont think anyone is getting the busfrom leeds, jon boy is gettin the train with us.
camreas areb allowed, anythign goes at festivals, theres even guys with camcorders. meeting spot, well us peopel training it aregetting there early and waiting in the coach park till jus after 3, then gettign inside before the queues start and waiting near the eneterence nearest the coachpark till 4. or at leats thats the rough plan :D |

I emailed them to see what the crack was with cameras, disposables are ok but:
Hi Oliver, thanks for your email.
Unfortunately we can not allow video cameras on site. This is an infringement on several things but most importantly we would need to seek the legal permission of any artist filmed. This is a difficult and long winded process which we only go through for direct business purposes.
Cheers for checking with us though, you would have had the camera confiscated at the gates. Sorry about all this and I hope it won’t stop your enjoyment of Glkobal Gathering.

well I've got my ticket and 8 coach tickets positively glowing with an aura that beckons for me to go now now now now now now now now nown now
as u can see i am just a wee bit excited about this. :D
Just as well that Wiley checked about camera's and stuff, I would have brought my Digital HAndycam and got it confiscated and probably would've forgotten it :eek: :eek: :eek: Me mam would've shot me and told me to rustle up another £1200 to get another one! |

It IS a digital camera as well, but then they'd go

| Yeah i was thinking of taking mine, then when i got my ticket i was reading the back and it says something about needing permission to take a video camera, so i'm like wtf so i emailed them and got that, have to stock up on the disposables then! |
