Yes. I'm pretty sure Texas (like Kentucky) is an At-Will state, meaning the boss could fire you for wearing a shirt color he doesn't like. You also can't claim it is discrimination because no state has a policy on discrimination based on your political views.

People getting fired because they voted for Obama, people refusing medical care to Obama voters, democratic representatives getting an abnormal amount of death threats by the wingnuts...all we need now is for some people to plan to take the fight against the godless liberals. Oh wait...

Some articles suggest the Hutaree had not yet determined whom in law enforcement they would kill, and even that they wished to kill a law enforcement officer in order to begin a war with law enforcement, while not having any specific target.
