Despite being dead from a killer week at work, I'm coming up. I'll be doing the free-before-midnight entry thing. I can't wait to finally meet Erica and wish her a Happy (Belated) Birthday.

There are so many people I can't wait to see again.

I hope Sam (hellosam) is going. I haven't seen her since EZ. I bugged her on Facebook, but don't know her plans. Somebody tell her she has to go.

Awww thanks! I know right, we've been missing one another at events for years, lol.

dude.

WOW. That's pretty much the best way to describe last night. Jason was SO serious, he played an absolutely incredible set! It was beyond a pleasure to open with Keryn who also played flawlessly. The crowd was amazing and the vibe was like no other! Thank you Jason for having me play:crazy:

Jason, you threw a great party at Pacha last night. I think that was one of my most positive Pacha experiences ever, except towards the end of the night when drunk guys were getting too aggressive with me.

I'm glad I met a lot of TAs including Erica, Santos (actually we met at EZ), and Nic.

And it was good to see Kerrine spin again. I hadn't seen her at the decks in a really long time.

So great to see Ali. He said something about doing some stuff in Philly. I hope he does

I'm glad I got to see Ryan & Zack.

After seeing Jake at Vango so many times, it was great to see him at a different venue. When Jake is at Vango, he usually takes the opening slot so his tracks are a little more subdued to warm up the crowd. But at Pacha, it was great that he pulled prog bangers out of the bag.

I know I missed seeing some people like Robdawg and some others. Upstairs was so dark and smoky, I couldn't see anybody.

Good times & worth the trip up from Philly.

:)

AWESOME night. keryn and dani had an awesome set from what i caught, about an hour and a half.

basement was great. thanks to jacob henry for taking my solarity request and playing proff - starstruck (solarity remix)...other AWESOME prog choons like milano, soma... love it.

rai killing it in the basement playing no turning back/kidsos mashup, insomnia remix, born slippy richard durand remix and other crazy songs :D

jollins' set was REALLY awesome, i'd love a TL to be honest. lots of great trance tracks that i didn't expect either

Amazing night. Early on, I hopped back and forth between Keryn & Dani and Jay's set. Keryn & Dani -- loved the selections and progression. I actually expected a much more minimal-tech vibe, but the sound reminded me more of a Zack Roth style -- darker prog, with melodic edges. Jay -- you were an extremely tough act to follow, as you really had the basement jumping with some powerful, anthemic tracks.

@excess -- the pleasure was mine man. It doesn't take much arm-twisting for me to play a Solarity track in my set.

Jason, you really seemed to be in your element, and it was a thrill watching you work the crowd. A big congrats, buddy.

Jason kicked ass!
Good times

Friday night was such a fun night!! So happy that everyone came out to support Jason for this one. It's clear that every time he plays in NYC his following gets bigger and bigger! He definitely came out of the gates like none other, playing some dark techno tracks! By the second hour I was thinking wow, Jason plays hard but I was loving it! It's not easy to play a good 5 hour set where there is a steady progression throughout the night but Jason always delivers! From what I hear he really destroyed it after 4am.

I had a blast opening things up with Dani as I always do! Our styles, though different, seem to compliment eachother's really well. Jake mentioned that our set sounded more Zack Roth-ish than he was expecting and the funny thing is a few people had commented to me that my style is quite different from Zack's haha. We do have similar styles but I tend to play on the darker side and he is slightly more melodic. Wouldn't it be fun if we battled it out lol!

Thanks to everyone who came out to support and thanks to Jason for having me on board! Pics and vids to come!!

Little late on this one, but Friday was freakin' awesome. From Keryn and Dani opening things up, to the basement guys, and especially Jason himself. His last few Pacha nights have put him squarely in my list of favorite djs. And I don't even mean from a local standpoint.

And suffice to say, I think Keryn and Dani are perfect openers for him. Keryn's last 30 minutes in particular was awesome. I was actually a little jealous that I wasn't playign tracks that cool haha.

Got some great pics and vids being uploaded now. Will post them up in a few.
