That's bull, I think you actually enjoy wearing your uniform, there's change rooms at work, it takes 2 minutes to change if you're so sick of your uniform you would do it. But every PPB or everytime we go out you wear it, perhaps you like the attention :P You even had a change of clothes and you still wear your uniform lol :P |
tell me vince when were you in our garage that you would know we have changerooms???? because we dont. we have a washroom and its dirty as hell. last night is the first time i brought a change and i changed before you even showed up. i dont enjoy it because usually ive been wearing it for 10-12 hours and it feels disgusting.
why do you care so much about my uniform and how much i wear it anyways vince?? looks to me the only one looking for attention here is you, in the form of trying once again to aggrevate me, and failing. I think someone was looking for attention during PPB by trying to wrestle me while I was trying to leave and get my poutine. |

| Enough you two! Let's get back to imporatant matters... For instance, planning a TOTA BBQ where I can replicate (to the best of my abilities) some of that slow smoked brisket &/or pork business in mass quantities! |

I am so down for another TOTA BBQ!! I'll help out in organizing this if anyone wants to help too...we should have one in May before DEMF :)
And as for PPB, I regret missing this last one!! Seems like it was a blast from everyone I've talked to.
I'm definately coming to the next one! |

i was actually thinking the same thing whenever i get my smoker and learn a bit so maybe in july we can put both our smokers together for a tota bbq. what coals do you use? im thinking about giving kingsford briquettes a try because a lot of southerners seem to use that and say it works great while some of the purists say to only use lump. a lot of canadians also use maple leaf brand lump and briquettes. |

| Haha. I'm surrounded by Portugese stores & they have all different brands & types. I would make use of the best available. I'm sure one of them has a lump hardwood charcoal. |
