worse case, could always cancel without any penalty. i should have booked another room just in case. Last year for LE in SF i had 2 extra rooms i hooked TA's up with.

I do have the SE fri-sun at $99, but only king bed. here were the details on it.

they are hosting that WET party on saturday, which could make a stay here worthwhile if youre looking to do pool parties all weekend.

Booked a room at the Ramada for $123. Not bad I hope. I think its about .3 miles from Hard Rock and Voyeur.

historic building. its a ramada, youre not there to kick it in the room. I'm betting you can find a better deal, so hopefully you didnt get a nonrefundable rate and can cancel later. the have 2 room set ups, where each room has 1 queen, im guessing thats what you got.

The restaurant on site Brians 24, used to be really good. ownership changes, and portions decreased while prices increased. it is open 24 hours a day though for the late night dine.

my friend has stayed at the sofia and said it's pretty small. seems more like a place you go on a romantic weekend, not to party lol. besides, a gf of mine told me walking distance from sofia to voyeur is 8 minutes and from the ramada to voyeur is 2 minutes. 6 minutes less walking (most likely in heels) is a winner to me. :D

ya im hoping the solamar throws a good deal out, because I like that place, and their rewards program is really good. plus the have hosted evening wine hour. they had $75 weekend rates all summer long I was able to take advantage of it for mem day,June(EDC weekend) and Labor day. still waiting on the low rates... :sadgreen:
