I own this now....saved up and it's payin off so well!!...
More info...
..oh man..it's the greatest...i'm able to put all 192Kbit trax, about 80 to 180 trax on one 700MB CD-R. :D :cool:

i have an iriver slimx, but i do think that the sp250 has a sweeter main unit (the screen anyway)
im proud of you having the dedication to save though! unlike me....i want turntables and a new comp, but nooooooo :)

| I got the blue Rio Volt...I think the only difference is that it doesn't have the radio on it (I don't listen to the radio anyway:p). Anyway, I really like it except that on regular audio cds that are mixed...when the track changes there is a skip. All the awesome things about it outweigh that though. I love not having to burn livesets onto audio cds anymore...I just put a bunch of them on 1 cd-r and I can listen.:D |

so freaking thin! i jumped with the player in my knee pocket so that it was hitting my knee like crazy and it didn't skip! easiest navigation ever and the remote is OMFG!
i was gonna get either this or rio250, but the lack of display on rio's remote and amazon.com's $162 price for SlimX convinced me to go with iRiver. |

mp3-cd players are the most convenient. backups=music cds. long battery life, as opposed to portable "hard drives", not as heavy, as hard-drive mp3 players. |

coup player is smaller than a normal cd player by half so fit in ur pocket, it doesnt skip, holds 10 times the tunes, involves no burning of cd's, and weighs about as much as a normal cd player :) |
