I was wondering if anyone on this forum has ever sent there CDJ to a Pioneer dealer to have it serviced and how much it cost ??

| Pioneer would probably charge a pantload. Since you're certainly not under warranty you can shop around. Many people that own record shops know of someone that can service them so I'd shop there first. |

| Also Clubs will have someone they go to.. I'd just pop into a few clubs and get some names of people they get to service their equipment :) |

I wonder how often clubs just replace rather than repair their gear? Guess it depends on the size/bottom line etc. I feel like most of the big clubs down here are so so gaudy they'd just junk it and buy a new unit, for better or worse. |

It's common for clubs to have multiple units that they keep in rotation, ones in use while others are in the shop |

We do that all the time. It's kinda sad actually, but the owner likes it that way. In storage we have 1200's, DVJ-X1's, Tascam Mixer, Rane Mixer, Mackie Mixing board, mics, among other things. |
