Ok, I've got one that probably no one has...
Johnny Vicious feat. Mindy K. - Moments (In Love)- awesome, AWESOME buildup. I love this track right now.

I think Sasha - Xpander has a powerfull buil up;
both of the Deep Dish's remixes of Barbarella builds up in an "inteligent" way;
Traveller - Bright Sign has another special build up;
and John Johnson - Impact (Van Bellen mix) has a quiet one.
And what 'bout Namistai?

Holy yes!...the deep dish remix is sooooooo nice! I love it! I got it on vinyl a few weeks ago and haven't been able to stop playing it!

I asked a similar question a while ago got a few answers and downloaded some. I think these contain among the most amazing buildups. They keep building and building and when you think they can't build anymore?....they keep building....then BAM!!!!! Energy explodes out of every orifice!!!:
