I understand some people have dreams, i understand people make mistakes, i understand some people are diamonds on the rough...

Some people need to wake the up, i cannot imagine what the hell goes through his head whenever he puts up one of these, am i the only one who feels sorry for him?

He's the mook - Tom Greene and Jackass - forever playing the idiot. You're right to find him wanting but don't waste your pity on him. He wants your disapproval. It's the thing he's gotten good at. It appeals to his masochistic streak. If he tries to do something worthwhile, that people won't mock for, he will be too heavily invested in it and when that fails, it will crush him.

So, he takes the safe route, aiming at mediocrity and deluding himself that those who mock and ridicule him derive some pleasure worthwhile, in the grand scheme of things. To him, they need people like him - human refuse bins; a gimp who hostility can quickly be offloaded onto. He knows he is the human train-wreck, no one can avert their eyes from, as they take solace in the fact that they are not he, who will never amount to much.

Feeling sorry for him won't help. Feeling sorry for him only validates the narrative he wallows in, when he can't be seen behaving like an ass on the internet. Feeling sorry for him proves that he is only worthy of scorn, ridicule and other forms of hostility. While it is true, that he is despicably pathetic, it's also very much his choice, for his reasons, and how he defines himself.

I think all he needs is friends that are willing to be blatantly honest and let him know that he has no talent at all.

I believe when he posts these videos and we bash him about them , he ignores our opinions and goes by the -( I am happy with what i did and if you don't like it then you can suck it... Besides, my friends love it)- logic.

He'll never tolerate dissent from people he chooses to call friends. You're right with the second part of your assertions, but I think it's omitting the fundamental motivation for failure. To my mind he once came to the traumatic conclusion that he exists therefor he fails. He was unable to live a life without consummate failure. Very early on, probably through the punitive measures invoked by his parents/care-takers, he came to believe that failure was his only option in life.

To compensate, he owned and converted it. Instead of existing to fail, he now fails in order to exist. Failure is proof of his being as much as it is a means for him to exercise control over his inner self. It is his only way of overcoming the incessant replay of messages from his childhood care-takers who insisted he would never succeed at anything. He has. Instead of failing to succeed, however, he has succeeded in failure.
