After ironing out a temporary agreement with the city and the NYPD, M2 Ultra Lounge in Chelsea was once again shut down early this morning as it was about to kick off the NFL's official draft party, said a club spokeswoman.
Police walked in around midnight and said they had an issue with security, said a rep.
The police came in and ejected about 300 people, including workers from the NFL and sponsors like Coors and workout gear Under Armour, a rep said.
By the end of the night, there were about 1,000 people milling around outside the club and the sponsors' gear was still locked inside.
Police shut down the champagne-soaked lounge last Friday night because of various incidents dating back to 2008.
But this week, the venue's attorney Robert Bookman had worked out a "good faith agreement" with the authorities to keep it open for private soirees this week.
On Tuesday, the club hosted GO Magazine's Nightlife Awards and got the green light to host last night's NFL Draft Party hosted by Deion Sanders.
Earlier this week, Bookman told The Post that they were hoping to negotiate a permanent agreement soon.
