Torq problem? Sound sample inside..

Hey guys, I posted a whiiile back asking about Torq & connectiv being laggy and how I felt the sound quality was dumbed down a bit.

Anyway last week I decided to hit the decks for the first time in a while, and everything was going pretty smooth up until about 20-25 mins in of recording my mix, where it progressively started getting laggier and laggier, seems like the beat was delayed by a bit.

So I decide to try again today and it was fine once again up until about 20-25 mins in where it got progressively worse.
My computer is 2.33GHZ with 2Gigs of ram so I really don't think that's the problem. Yes my knobs on the connectiv are fully turned to the right.

Here's the sound sample:

I'd really appreciate any help and I'd love to finally be able to get back on the decks and feel great about spinning and not wanting to throw my out the window every time.
Cheers.

Which version of Torq are you running? Are you on a Mac or PC, and which OS are you using?
WithoutAngles
Torq v1.5 I believe.
I'm on a PC and using Windows 7 although I used XP Pro up until recently, and the problem has actually become worse from what I notice on Windows 7, unless that's just a coincidence.

Sounds like you have a driver issue. I would go to www.m-audio.com and see if there's a driver update for Win 7. If I remember correctly 1.5 had issues running on Windows. I know they updated the driver for XP. Not sure about Vista or 7. I have Torq but I haven't used it in awhile.

If you go to the website www.m-audio.com scroll to the bottom of the page there's a quick link on the left called driver updates.

You need the Windows 7 driver.

Get it here.
