I liked it very much. Well selected tunes, some of them aren't purely goa but fit nicely in. Mixing was decent.
Only complaint is that the mix is 128 kbps. Please, upload at least 192 next time. :) Cheers |

Do it once a month, that way you can spend more time putting it together and practicing your mixing and it will be something you can be proud of :)
I haven't had a lot of time lately, but I will download this mix, I'm interested in the nu-school! :p |

| What do you think about every 2 weeks or so? I mix a lot. And as you know i like the full on stuff so after a goa mix its good to do something different like the psychedelic. I have way too meny tracks for one set a month, but, maybe I could refine it little better, by taking a track out or mixing the set as meny times as needed to get it right; which is what i did with this mix before I posted:) |

Maybe I'm just a bit different but pumping out mixes too quickly might burn out your listeners, plus I usually spend a while contemplating what I'm playing, I'd rather have a set whittled down to a bunch of great tracks rather than a bunch of good tracks with a few great ones. You appreciate your effort as well as the music. Generally I like a different style every month so that things don't get too repetitive.
I'm on my phone at the moment, I listened to your set today and I must say it was quite refreshing. The first half of it was a sexy new goa/prog-psyish hybrid followed by some more psychedelic goa and finishing off with an uplifting style. The progression worked very well for me. Mixing was also superb.
You may put out however many mixes you wish, my recommendation of a once-a-month deal was just a personal suggestion. In my opinion, it lets you appreciate your own work more, as well as preventing disinterest in continuing to play music. If you play everything all at once and suddenly run out of things to play that you can be proud of, you kinda screwed yourself. I am only making this suggestion based on myself, though. DJ's like Falony (Ted Promo) can put out 3 sets in 3 weeks and then go for 3 months without posting anything! Do what makes you happiest :) Just keep posting your stuff man I dig it! |
