I'm surprised Demi is doing another boat cruise. After last year with the weather and the security etc.. he came on TA and said he couldn't do another cruise.
last years cruise was barely half full because of the weather... and the boat left almost 2 hours after the original departure date (yeah i know boat cruises leave like 1 late, but this was 2hrs!!!)
Not to mention they only served alcohol until the boat actually left, and ended up docking about 30mins earlier than predicted.
I still had fun but whatever I'll probably check this one out lol |

yea I remember him saying that.
you can't blame him for the boat leaving late though ... also that was a beats ahoy cruise so different promoters. you remember them from canada day last year right? when the weather was perfect outside and yet there was no music playing outside (only inside) :rolleyes: :p |

| just want to point out that we didn't leave 2 hours late.. and we stayed out later. We had nearly 4 hours on the water. That cruise was also a joint effort the people putting on this one and the people responsible for Beats Ahoy, and in my opinion, aside from the frustratingly late departure, it was a pretty fun day! |

its ok you guys arent the only ones that have ed up :p
the sos cruise 2 summers ago was a write off as well ... i think it left like 2 hours late, desyn was late ... totally unorganized :haha:
i remember the rock the boat parties being pretty bad too (in terms of departure) etc ... |

I don't know which cruise to decide on.. should I anticipate at least 1 hr lateness for both? :rolleyes:

That is commendable dedication to the cause, although I am getting the general impression that as with most things that involve the chances of a superlative return, boat parties also come with a lot of risk attached!
What were the security issues? This year, at least he has got some extra beef in the form of Omid! |

it was late because of desyn though, i'm not sure if you were on the c&c cruise last year but it was amazing from start to finish. |
