Steve

I hope your well.

I'm an huge Sasha fan, I also post on as house/trance forum named Tranceaddict.com. My fellow Tranceaddicts and I would like to know when Sasha will be returning for a gig in New York City. There is a huge demand for his music in NYC. The last time we were graced with his performance was in Brooklyn back in November, that was an amazing night.

Please let me know as soon as you can.

Thanks!

John B.

He is mixing Cd's and Vinyl again.. The Ableton is collecting dust in his closest.

Really? Any specific reason why?

You know, it weird about Sasha. He lives here and it seems like he never plays NY, at the most once a year.

He was hanging out on Sunday @ Three's birthday party.

Everytime I go to setup my comp and pull out 43 cables in a dark club I swear I'm switching back lol - but then I get behind the decks and swear off CDs again since it's just too damn fun to play on :D

I think the trick is to keep it simple - all these crazy controllers like Sasha's maven just makes it too much of a hassle to setup.

Agreed, to many people get carried away with midi controllers, monome's, and other stuff that just lights up. So much can be done with just a laptop and a DJM800

Would like to see Sasha come back though.

He was BSing with Crazy Larry at the bar, which reminded me that Crazy Larry had dropped what i thought was Minilogue - Ahck earlier, which is on Sasha's Avalon, LA live double. He confirmed, but it made me want to ask Sasha about the laptop crash in that set where he had to go back to CDs after a 10 second pause.

I didn't though, because I've seen him out numerous times and always at more low-key events. He doesn't come across as someone that wants to be stared all night...which was cool about Sunday's party, everyone was just hanging out, not being obnoxious. One of the more fun parties I've been to in awhile.

Right. Remember the high five? :haha: Talking about the laptop crash would've pissed him off badly, lol.

I suddenly remembered Sean Q6, anybody know what happened to him? He used to throw a wednesday party @ Sutra that Sasha went religiously to, it was always such a fun party.
