what time is last call for alcohol?
DaveT
I think they actually cut it pretty close to 2am there. But once 2am hits, security goes around and makes you drink it then & there or he taketh away.

If it was 21+, you could just be sure to know someone who is in a hotel room nearby and go take a break and drink up....but since it'll be 18+ doubt there will be in-and-outs.

anyone doing any afterparties too btw? just curious..:conf:

Dave,

do you know why they tend to keep the dj area of ruby skye dark? there isn't much lighting and makes it hard to get good video.

DaveT
Because dark clubs rule.

Seriously, why the hell would any club or promoter give a rat's ass about making sure the lighting is good for you or anyone to take video!

(this post is of my own accord...because it's common sense!)

i'm not saying they should have a spotlight on the dj the whole night, but there should be times that you get a nice lighted view of the dj. i was looking at videos of markus schulz from avalon from last month..and it's make it more enjoyable to watch...looking back at videos from past ruby skye events..it's super dark..but i guess the clubs don't care lol
