Not a selling point for this tune. I think it's great if people can add guitar to any music but it shouldn't be just to substitute for a synth that can play the melody the guitar is playing. It should be for adding an instrument sound a synth would NOT be able to replicate, along with any number of playing styles for which a linear scale instrument is unsuited.
The bass-line is practically absent and the sparse melody line isn't just sparse but also overly simplistic.
