Guess it depends on your taste. I'd recommend Raffi Kabab for bomb Persian food. Anyways, this thread is Burbank not Glendale.

You should. There is usually a wait on the weekends, but it is well worth it. I think they are closed on Mondays. I reccomend the Soltani which gives you both Barg and Koobideh (filet mignon & ground beef)
