Oh , you must be sorta young then huh? Cause Bear Creek opened when I was in grade 11 or 12. I went to North. :)
edit: sorry, I think it opened after I graduated...but I remember them talking about building it/transferring students there when I was still in HS. Along with all those other "new" high schools when Barrie's population exploded. |

Yeah I was in Grade 9 when it opened... I was absolutely gutted when I heard about Bear Creek... I wanted to go to Central so badly. Instead I got stuck with the hicks and the military brats. |

Ah ...yeah that blows. Central sucked anyway. It was all about North/Eastview/St. Joe's. :p
So what elementary school did you go to then?

hahaha its true... I asked my mom if I could fake being Catholic so I could go to St.Joes... unfortunately that would have landed me at Joan of Arc which is worse than Bear Creek (if thats possible)
I went to Ferndale Woods... I've been spoiled throughout my entire education with the exception of a couple years at Warnica and King Edward I spent my entire education in brand new schools. Ferndale, Bear Creek, and then Ryerson opened its new business building when I started.
What Elementary school did you go to?
And lol@ highjack - we just need Miss.S here to make it complete. |

Warnica!! My mom lived in the South end and I used to go play basketball there in the summer.
I went to Portage View from grades 1-8. In kindergarten we lived in Horseshoe Valley, so I went to W.R. Best. Oh man they had THE BEST ing toys under the stage in the gym. :/ |

I went to eastview. i remember my first year in grade nine there were a total of 2 black kids in the school total lol.
as for the bars... ya everythings gay now. i did an event with joee cons and chris fresque in the foxx lounge a few months ago. but with the dying scene i lost money and im not really wanting to do it again. last time i checked the roxx was doing house nights on fridays, altho that may have changed now. personally i dont find a single bar here that doesnt make me wanna puke, BUT if u must go out here i would suggest queens, sports side and sometimes the main side if my friend Smokie is playing he likes to slip in a bit of harder stuff near the end when everyones too trashed to notice or care. |

hahah yup. I am always amazed when i look at toronto friends class pictures and see how multi cultural they are. I had a graduating class of 400 students... I am pretty sure less than 10% were not white. |
