:p again, i'm not talking about the regime itself, but more the popular attitude. i don't know as much about a 'stalin youth' or books on how to spot 'x marginalized person', and so I've chosen to use the nazi era. I'm sure there are hundreds of examples of this kind of thing in human history.
and this isn't saying that the german people who supported the regime and its ideas were evil people - we all know that there was a lot of fear-driven conformism etc.
but with 'LATFH', people are most definitely free to choose hatemongery as a form of disposable entertainment. |

There is no parallel whatsoever. It's nowhere near the same sort of "hatred". And there's no indoctrination, no organisation or any leading figure firing up the hipster-bashing. There's also no usage of the hipsters as a scapegoat for whatever grievance.
It's just a number of individual coming independtly to the conclusion that hipster dress in a retarded way and behave like dicks. The number of people supporting this notion, along with my inerrable self obviously proves is correct instantly.
Hipsterdom is but a case study in human group-failure. |
