Took awhile to get busy but the crowd eventually found it's way in. Addy played a brilliant opening set for Saeed who came on at around 1:15 to a busy dance floor. He didn't play as hard as the last time he was at Cobra, but then again I wasn't able to stay for his entire set either. His first 45 minutes was rather enjoyable and seemed to be headed into a direction I'm sad to have missed. How was he after 2, guys?? All in all, another great thursday night out at Cobra :)

My first time at Cobra, and I loved it! I love the low ceilings, the skulls, and the lights above the dance floor.

Saeed played a good set. A few dull points for me, but definitely fun to dance too and some songs I recognized from the hype material.

It turned into a bit of a fest at times lol. But Andrea and I survived.

Definitely a fun night. I hope I can make it out again sometime. I really wanted to check the place out before I started work and am glad I did!

i had fun... first time at cobra, very nice decor and sound. the dance floor has some industrial strength air conditioning too. addy and saeed were both great. the jason statham looking doorman there is a complete knob though (don't politely point at your name on the guestlist as he looks over it, he'll ban you for the night for being "pushy"), and why are there no sinks in the washrooms? it disturbed me to know people might be walking around with poop-hands.

uhh there are lots of sinks in the washrooms. they are along the glass wall directly behind the bar. does this mean you didnt wash your hands? EWW!

ah, so they're around the corner of the actual bathrooms, though the claustrophobic hallway with people standing around in what looks like a staff area.. won't have to piss armin style next time.

it's funny you say he looks like jason statham. Spitty and I were saying the same thing. Maybe it WAS jason statham...droool!

There are stalls and a huge mirror on the other side of the sink as well.

First time at Cobra and had a great time :) Saeed's set was great, a few slow moments but overall it was great; especially between 2-2:30!!

Rough rough time at work today, but glad I made it out
