i'm sure i'll recognize tons of caps but i don't know episodes well enough to search for their names (for the most part) and don't have entire seasons on my desktop.

I don't own any of them but I've watched them enough to remember. Plus you get the title of just about any episode with 5 seconds of googling, and that's with a very vague description.

It's hard to actually name the episodes, because the actual episode names are never stated when watching on TV (unless it's in the final credits or something?). That's why OP allowed for general descriptions of the episode as acceptable answers.
