No Bulldozer but he did play Backstab which was the tune i truly wanted to hear. That was the highlight of the night for me.
Great sets, and Sean playing Lift also made my night.
Ryan...WOWWWW man awesome set. Really impressed.
Yo Burak after that Ummet Ozcan it was Simon Patterson - Us
Nice to hear that as well.
oh and that Nick Sentience Remix toward the end of the night was awesome on that system. |

got there around 10:30 only to see mr ryan tyas outside drinking a beer and not playing cause of some double booking with a rock show i felt bad, fukin guy gets to spin with his brother and his set gets cut short
got inside and had to listen to hip hop mash-ups for 30 min in the lobby that smelt like piss
finally get in the main room and from there on for the most part was good times
ryan opened it up with some groovie house and some trance, then sean took over and started out with sweetest dream (ferry corsten remix)wow nice classic from there on it was just in your face slamming trance from both sean and simon
i actually enjoyed both sets fairly well and had me moving all night long
lotssssssss more nyta's up in there compared to friday night at pacha so thats always fun, and even some wacky tota's ha ha
overall fun night besides webster hall....
big FU to the management for cutting ryan's set
and a bigger FU to the douchebag staff that works there
bartender upstairs by the bathroom was probly the biggest skumbag i ever encountered and the random searches by security were totally uncalled for
i go in my pocket and take out my camera, suddenly 2 guards come in my face with flashlights asking to see my hands i told them to back the off i got a camera, they felt stupid, and i seen them do it to other people threwout the night also
i dunno what they are tryin to do but they should know whats going on first before they put their hands on someone |

| yeah, the staff was pretty fail last night. coat check lady was texting on her phone, and got real defensive when we made a comment about it. sorry, if your job is to take tickets and give coats back to the people trying to leave, you shouldn't be ready to fight people who make comments about you not doing your job. |

I really appreciate all of you having the patience to stick out all the wait in the beginning, and putting up with some of the unfortunate stuff that was going on with the staff.
All I can say is that was probably my most memorable set I have ever had, I've literally had chills when I looked down and saw the looks on some of your faces...I cannot thank you enough for giving me a night I will sincerely cherish.
Sean and Si did as the always do, they just bring the energy of trance to another level. It was sick to hear Sweetest Dreams in a club again, havent heard that since PVD opened with it at Roxy years ago.
Great to meet the TOTA's as well, hope NYC showed u a good night!

Amazing Sets from Sean and Si, both were absolutely relentless, i just wish Si played F-16 hearing that at a club would be :crazy: :crazy:

Where do I begin? Ravi its about time you got yer ass to an NYC event Glowboy! Hahaha. Thanks to Burak for getting me beers all night long...and Ravi too, being 20 is a tease.
I can't believe I missed "Whiplash" though. I would step out for a cig right when he would drop 1 of the 2 songs I was dying to hear. But w.e. I still caught "Latika" which was SICK.
But I loved how Sean encored with his Goldenscan Rework. I was listening to it early on Friday and figured there was no chance of him playing it because he's got so many remixes that I feel like that would get lost in the pile (and he also played the orig @ Love last year). But no! Of course he would exceed my expectations. Good ! Another great night. |

Ryan Tyas opening set was two thumbs up...this guys needs to come to Toronto asap!!!
Sean Tyas never disappoints and Simon's set was NEXT LEVEL!!! totally unexpected for me was US bc I really wanted to hear that at asot 450 and didn't but I think it flowed well with his set on Sat night....and LATIKA holy the track sounds better and better each time!!! :D

I didn't really have to much of a bouncer problem but one thing that annoyed me that i saw was Sean telling someone to hand him his phone for a request. Sean obviously was being friendly and the bouncers dragged the kid off the stage.
Also Sean came over to grab a promo i had for him and said hi to a few people too, the bouncers weren't happy with him doing that which was pretty lame. |
