Dear promoters and club owners reading this humble post, I beg you to consider booking Umek in the near future. I would love you long time for it.

Add Pole Folder to the mix and I am with you on this one.
Wont happen though... sometimes takes a good 4 years for some unknowns to make it here. |

I don't know if I would call Umek an unknown. Maybe to the Amrias but he's huge in Europe. He's splitting the residency at Space in Ibiza with Carl Cox this summer. That's got to mean something to someone out here. From what I gather, CC is well liked in MTL his preferences in DJs must mean something to a promoter here. |

Trust me Umek extremely unknown in Montreal (I bet only a handful only know about him in the Montreal section of TA). Took promoters 4-6 years to bring in names I've posted on the board back in 2004-2006.
People here don't like to take chances. No return for what they put in.
All I can say is hope and pray to whoever or just go down to WMC every year to see him lol |

I'm hoping someone will book him in Shanghai just in time for when I move back there. Circus is taking quite the risk with BlackOut and booking Yoji (Biomehanika, Bitchezzz). I mean in Yoji is sick, MTL is like over 6 years too late. Next time book Yoji vs Scot Project at an afterhours.
But that's true for the most part. No one takes risks here. |

| I loved Umek's Essential mix 2-3 years ago...but since then, I haven't heard a mix and his prods are very average imo |

| I liked Umek in 2003 back in highschool for gatex but after that he kinda faded away for me! I did Enjoy posing as me EP after that though. |
